Muslim marriages and divorces to be registered under Special Marriage Act, discontinuing use of the repealed Act. District commissioners to take custody of registration records from Muslim marriage registrars. Compensation of Rs. 2 lakh provided to each registrar for rehabilitation post-repeal.
